Ich würde der Vermietung 3 von 5 Sternen geben. Der Camper war für den Preis zu teuer. Weil runtergerockt. D.h. Die Matratzen durchlegen, die Heizung ist ausgefallen der Gaskocher ebenfalls immer mal wieder ausgefallen. Die Fenster und Jalousien teilweise kaputt usw. Die Fahrzeug Batterie war super schwach und deswegen ist das Fahrzeug nicht angesprungen und wir mussten überbrücken. Es gab im Camper kein Überbrückungskabel.  Die Rückfahrkamera ging nicht. Was natürlich das fahren schwieriger gemacht hat. In der Küche ging eine Herdkochplatte nicht.  Ich hatte das alles bereits während der Vermietung mit der Vermieterin gesprochen. Leider war sie telefonisch nie zu erreichen und als wir wirklich Hilfe benötigten wegen der schwachen Batterie, meinte sie nur: das kann nicht sein, ich hatte nie Probleme.  Auf Grund unserer Erfahrung würde ich den Campervermieter nicht weiterempfehlen.    Comment of the Owner: Alla consegna del camper tutto ciò che è all’interno è stato provato: fuochi, stufa, accensione camper ed era perfettamente funzionante…lo stesso controllo è stato fatto al ritorno e per quanto mi riguarda non riscontro nulla di ciò che ha scritto. La cliente mi ha solo mandato degli sms dove mi comunicava che aveva problemi all’accensione del camper, alle quali ha avuto anche risposta ( magari non immediata dato che eravamo chiusi per capodanno) io durante il viaggio non stò con i viaggiatori, non posso sapere se magari lasciano qualcosa acceso e prosciugano la batteria. Ma assicuro che alla consegna si accendeva perfettamente e in più il gps che montiamo mi indica i livelli di batteria e non segnalava valori bassi. Avrei altro da dire ma preferisco tenerlo per me 😊

Amazing experience!

We had a wonderful time with the camper! Andrei was super organised and friendly! He picked us up at the airport - which was included in the whole price - and after a short check-up and explantion of all the details of the van we were ready for our adventure! :) Everything worked really well and we had a lovely time with the camper - everything was there and even if it was a little bit cold outside (in the national park), it was cosy inside. Most of the time we slept directly at the sea and had a wonderful view directly out of the van. :) We can highly recommend!

Marcelo und seine Frau waren bei der Übergabe ausgesprochen freundlich und behilflich bei der Einweisung in das Fahrzeug und alle Funktionen. Da sie nur spanisch sprechen, wurde mit Google Translate Voice alles problemlos übersetzt.

Die Anmietung ist absolut problemlos verlaufen. Außerdem hat sich Manuel genügend Zeit genommen, uns alles nötige über Matilda zu erklären. Dabei war er ausgesprochen freundlich und sehr höflich.

The Van has everything. However, it is old so it comes with some small things that don't work.

Very friendly and cool guy, gives great tips for good locations. Great van, well maintained, clean and serviced and very lovingly and practically equipped, you don't need anything more. Thank you, I really enjoyed the trip.

Ana is a really nice person, extremely helpful and was always available if there was a question. After we had a problem with the battery, she offered the van one for one more night for free!

The rental went without a hitch.The bed was super comfortable, freshly made up. The caravan was equipped with everything. From fresh towels to a coffee machine, Bluetooth box, Uno cards, camping tables. 2 full gas bottles. The landlady is also very helpful and nice. I can only recommend this motorhome.

We were welcomed very warmly. Communication was fast, friendly and easy. The van was in great condition. We loved the vacation. No problems whatsoever. We would totally recommend. If we ever come back to Fuerte, we would choose this van again.

Alles TOP. Sowohl der Kontakt, als auch die Fahrzeugübernahme und Fahrzeugabgabe. Alles verlief reibungslos. Das Fahrzeug entspricht voll und ganz dem Angebot. Gerne wieder.

My girlfriend and I rented a campervan from Marcelo and Dianan in Madeira and it was an exceptional experience. Both of them provided outstanding service, making us feel welcomed and well-informed. The campervan itself was a highlight: clean, well-equipped, and surprisingly comfortable, perfect for exploring at our own pace. Alles top, Erik war super nett und zuvorkommend und der Van gut ausgetattet mit 12v Batterie und kleinem Kühlschrank sowie bequemen Bett (waren 12 Tage damit unterwegs). Hatten eine tolle Zeit, danke!
