Die Einweisung war ok, Rückfragen wurden schnell beantwortet

all went really well, we got picked up at the airport in time, the camper was ready to go for us after a short introduction and the paperwork. the camper was really new und in good condition. we had a really great time staying with the camper on the canaries. there were just few minor inconveniences. the additional insurance was 15 per day and not 12 as written in the announcement. because the gas was empty almost without using at the second day, we needed to go back to the rental office. we also booked the linen and bedding. the blankets were a bit thin. despite this we had a wonderful holiday and we can recommend Stefano, his guys and the camper rental. thanks a lot. you're doing good work. 

The rental was very easy and really fast, Alejandro was very helpful and everything worked out well. He organized everything we needed. The camper is really nice and new. 

Die Übergabe verlief wie im Bilderbuch. Dean hat uns vom Flughafen abgeholt und zu sich gefahren. Dort haben wir die Übergabe gemacht und er hat uns alles bezüglich dem Bus erklärt.

Marcos ist ein sehr zuvorkommender und netter Vermieter. Übernahme und Abgabe am Flughafen komplett unkompliziert. Das Auto ist sehr sinnvoll und gut ausgestattet. Wäre beim nächsten Mal wieder meine Wahl

Unsere Reise mit dem Wohnmobil haben wir sehr genossen. Für uns war es sehr gemütlich und gut ausgestattet, nichts hat uns gefehlt. Die Dusche mit warmen Wasser haben wir auch ausprobiert - ein wahrer Luxus! Raimundo ist sehr sympathisch und hilfsbereit. Als wir eine kleine Schwierigkeit hatten, hat er für uns alles organisiert und sich um uns gekümmert. Er hat uns sogar mit unserem Transport nach der Abgabe geholfen. Absolut empfehlenswert!   

Maruska is very friendly and helpful. She drove all the way from her home to santa cruz to get a Isofix Toddler seat for our son. The Van is brand new, it drives wonderfull and everything is clean and works very well. We didnt sleep in the Van but we enjoyed to drive arround the Island. Maruska gave us tips and showed some local places where we had excelent food.  Thank you very much Maruska, if we come back to Tenerife we defenatly want to use your Van again. 

João ist sehr sympathisch und ruhig. Die Übergabe des Wohnmobils lief entspannt und unkompliziert. João ist sehr hilfsbereit. Wir waren während der Fahrt immer wieder in Kontakt und er konnte uns gute Tipps geben.

Professional, yet with a great personal service and hospitality I can highly recommend to rent this camper from Simone. The van is a bit older already but in good shape, has everything that you need and took me everywhere I wanted to go. Simone is renting the van professionally, that means you will get a proper rental contract and have clear terms and conditions as well as insurance coverage. However, it was the most friendly and personal service I've ever experienced while renting a car. Simone took a lot of time explaining the car as well as giving recommendations on where to go on the island. He made sure I was doing fine during the trip and even offered me to drive me to the airport after returning the van in case I had missed my bus. Unfortunately I only had 2.5 days but I now that I need to come back to Gran Canaria and take some more time to enjoy the island in a camper van. Muchas gracias Simone for your hospitality!

Ich kann Carsten anderen Vermietern nur wärmsten empfehlen. Das Fahrzeug kam sehr sauber zurück. Über sein Feedback habe ich mich sehr gefreut, da ich mich als Vermeiter, immer verbessern möchte. Der Kontakt war sehr freundlich und angenehm. Es hat mich sehr gefreut, dass Carsten ein Wohnmobil von mir gemietet hat.

Alles absolut problemlos gelaufen, Van etwas abgerockt aber vollkommen zweckmäßig, sauber und hat alle Touren anstandslos mitgemacht. Hätte es Probleme gegeben hatte ich das Gefühl, dass ich den Vermieter rund um die Uhr hätte anrufen können und er mir umgehend geholfen hätte. Aber wie gesagt, gab keine Probleme und alles war super - gerne wieder !

Sehr gute und freundliche Kommunikation mit Tobi. Eine sehr kurzfristige Anmietung hat er super möglich gemacht. Das Fahrzeug war einem sehr guten Zustand und außen wie innen top sauber. Ich kann das Fahrzeug und auch den Vermieter jedem absolut empfehlen. Einzig war die Gasflasche in der zweiten Nacht leer.. was ein wenig frieren mit sich brachte.. aber auch das wurde umgehend mit Tobi gelöst.

Pablo war super lieb und hat uns direkt vom Flughafen  abgeholt. Als wir mal ein Problem zwischenzeitlich hatten, konnte er uns umgehend über das Telefon helfen. Wir haben dann alles wieder gut hingekommen. Der Campervan ist einzigartig, älter und hat sehr viel Charme. Bist du lieb zu ihm, ist er lieb zu dir ;).

The van has everything you need for your stay! You get it with full fuel so you can just start the roadtrip which was nice! Clean and communication with Natalias was fast and easy. Highly recommend!!

Lief alles super! Kontakt im Vorfeld lief schon sehr gut und während der Reise war Rico super hilfsbereit mit Tipps. Auto ist ein Traum, wenn man auf der Suche nach etwas Außergewöhnlichem ist. Man kann damit super entspannt die Insel erkunden und hat alles wichtige an Bord.

Der Kontakt und die Kommunikation mit Rico war vom ersten Zeitpunkt an sehr angenehm und vollkommen unkompliziert. Er war jederzeit erreichbar und hat sich um uns sehr persönlich gekümmert.

We had a greatful time. The whole adventure with the car was excellent. We had a small Problem with the car, but Rui immediatley came to us and repaired the car so that the journey could continue. Rui and his wife are two great people. We would rent a car again at any time. Thank you. 

Tiago ist ein super Vermieter hat uns sogar am Flughafen abgeholt. Das Motorhome ist ganz toll wir haben super 16 Tage gehabt.
