Alles prfekt gelaufen. Super freundliche Vermieter, sauberes Fahrzeug mit toller Ausstattung, flexibel bei Abhol- und Rückgabezeiten. Immer wieder gerne.

We spent 3 amazing weeks in this van and already miss our lovely called "little froggo" - Everything worked perfectly and the hand over was uncomplicated. The van is cozy, well equipped with everything we needed (bedlinen, cooking supplies utensils, cooking station), a big watertank for a shower and offers a lot of space (even for our surfboards we had with us) or tall people. Even if it is big and heavy, the van reliably managed all the bumpy roads Fuerte offers. Brenda was a perfect host, super helpful and responsive at everything we needed. If you want to spend your holidays with dinner under the stars, lovely sunsets and sleeping directly at wonderful beaches or surfsports, we can 100% recommend this van :)

Agata was very friendly and courteous. In any case we had a question, we could ask her any time. Also she speaks English (my Spanish is quite rudimentary) that makes it easier to communicate. The van is new and everything inside worked out very well (the bomb, the electricity etc.). Everything (the bed etc.) was already prepared and clean and so easy to built up. We really enjoyed travelling with and living in it! Thank you and hopefully see you next season! :-)

We had a wonderful surfing holiday on Lanzarote. Mauricio knows everything about the island and the best surfing spots.The motorhome is very large and spacious and can comfortably accommodate 4 adults. It is equipped with everything you need for a good camping holiday.Whenever we had questions, Mauricio was ready to help, he was always available for usby phone. We can fully recommend both the van and the owner.It's really great to travel around Lanzarote with a motorhome.

We loved the van! It has a great charm and the high roof is perfect, because we both are tall people. We had a great time and the communication with Charlie was perfect and he did send us good tips on where to sleep. Charlie was super helpful and he even picked us up and returned us at our apartments 🙏. info: in the add it says, that the van has a portable toilet, 220V and a fridge. There’s a cooling box that works fine! We didn’t need the portable WC anyway. All in all the van is highly recommended!!

Zunächst machte Herr Montero einen seriösen Eindruck. Als wir ihn persönlich kennengelernt haben hat sich der Eindruck leider gewandelt. Zuerst teilte er uns mit, dass die Rückgabe des Fahrzeugs mit einer anderen, uns nicht bekannten, Person durchgeführt werden wird. Außerdem hatte Herr Montero kein ausgedrucktes Exemplar des Mietvertrags auf Spanisch dabei, sodass wir nur unser deutsches Exemplar zum Ausfüllen und Unterschreiben hatten. Sein Handy hatte bei Fahrzeugübergabe keinen Akku mehr, sodass wir selbst gezwungen waren Bilder vom Fahrzeug zu machen und ihm diese mit unseren mobilen Daten über WhatsApp zuzusenden.  Das Fahrzeug war in einem sehr schlechten Zustand und wurde vor unserer Reise nicht gereinigt oder desinfiziert. Unter der Campingtoilette fanden wir fremden Urin, hinter der Toilette lagen alte Feuchttücher und Klopapierreste. Die Duschbrause war undicht, die Toilettenspülung war defekt, der Beifahrergurt (Fensterseite) war defekt. Auf dem Geschirr und dem Besteck fanden wir noch Essensreste der Vormieter. Außerdem waren noch übrig gebliebene Lebensmittel im Fahrzeug. Dies alles ist während der Corona-Pandemie nicht hinnehmbar und war eine Zumutung.  Leider ist uns am Ende der Reise ein kleines Missgeschick bei der Einfahrt in eine Tankstelle passiert und es ist ein Lackschaden und eine Beule in der Fahrerseite entstanden. "Zufälligerweise" betrug die Reparatur dieses Schadens genau 500€ (so hoch wie die Kaution). Dies ist natürlich ein völlig überzogener Preis und wirft ein schlechtes Licht auf den Vermieter. Die Person, die mit uns die Fahrzeugrückgabe durchführte, konnte kein einziges Wort Englisch. Dies hat uns die Chance genommen, die Rückgabe ordentlich durchzuführen. Es wurde kein Abnahmeprotokoll ausgefüllt und nur etwas auf Spanisch auf die Rückseite des Vertrages gekritzelt, das ich dann unterschreiben MUSSTE.----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------El alquiler con estas personas no ha sido nada agradable para mi, su propietario. El cinturón de seguridad a ellos no le iba bien, y luego cuando yo lo probaba iba estupendamente, la furgoneta se ha dejado en perfecto estado de limpieza y desinfección, así se detalló en la entrega, sin embargo, no se entregó en ese mismo estado, se ha entregado bastante sucia. La furgoneta fue chocada, con un daño bastante grande, a parte de la rotura de varias piezas del interior y no dejar el tanque de gasoil lleno. al pasarle un presupuesto por todo esto al los viajeros, lo que han hecho ha sido insultarme vía WhatsApp y bloquearme sin poder mediar palabra alguna, y eso presupuesto no era del importe de la fianza, era de unos 600€, y la fianza que tengo son 500€. Al final he tenido que poner dinero de mi bolsillo para los desperfectos ocasionados. Sobre el tema de que recogió la furgoneta otra persona, pues tuve que irme de viaje, y que yo sepa, no está prohibido que otra persona recoja la furgoneta, y no es necesario hablar inglés fluidamente para entenderse, esta persona usa un traductor bastante válido. Es verdad que el móvil se me quedó sin batería durante el proceso de entrega y no pude rellenar el contrato digital, pero todo se hizo a través de papel que ellos llevaban impresos y sacando fotos de lo que habíamos rellenado, fue una solución momentánea. Con esto no tengo nadaas que decir, salvo no recomendar a estos viajeros para alquileres futuros

We took Guys bus to Gomera and had a wonderful time. The bus is compact and has good ground clearance, which has helped us a lot on many occasions.    The bed is wide and very comfortable and Guy was a great help to us from the start til the end of the trip. Next year we will definitely book with him again. Thanx a lot Guy!!!

100 out of 100 impressions!!! We rented a camper for a week to travel around the entire island of Fuerteventura. And it was an unforgettable trip to all the beaches and areas of the island. Our mobile home was with us both in the mountains and on difficult terrain that led to the most beautiful and wild beaches of the island. We really felt at home, comfortable and cozy anywhere. It has absolutely everything you and your family need: a shower, a toilet, a kitchen, a large and comfortable bed, and I was also pleased that a barbecue and an outdoor table with chairs were also attached to everything: it was the best grill on a cliff with sea ​​view. So, if you want an unforgettable vacation, with the most vivid impressions, we recommend renting this camper. You will definitely remember this trip forever!

We had an awesome holiday in the van. Nina is super friendly and helps with every problem/question. We could reach her anytime and she had some great recommendations. The van is super cool, by far the nicest looking we saw on the island. It has everything you need for a wonderful time in Tenerife. We always had plenty of electricity to charge our phones and for the lights inside the van. We had no problems whatsoever, everything was great. Greetings from Germany

Amazing trip! I would definitely do it again

Wir hatten 6 tolle Tage und haben den Camper bis in die Tiefen Alpen mit Massen an Schnee "ausgetestet"und waren rundum zufrieden.wir hatten es immer warm, ausreichend Wasser und genug Comfort. Wir haben rein autarke Stellplätze genutzt.  Die Kommunikation von der Anmietung, über Rückfragen die wir jederzeit schnell beantwortet bekommen haben, bis zur Rückgabe , war immer super angenehm, freundlich und unkompliziert. Wir können die beiden und den Camper wärmstens empfehlen.Danke für die schöne Zeit und die kleinen Abenteuer mit eurer Cleo.

Der Vermieter ist sehr sehr nett, erklärt das Wohnmobil sehr gut. Es wurde sogar ein Englisch sprechender Dolmetscher organisiert. Sehr entspannte Übergabe und einfach nette Leute.

What an amazing experience I had with Anton :) he is super friendly and extremely helpful:)  Everything when smoothly and without any trouble. Easy pick up and drop of. Everything was explained to to me ,how the campervan works for example  cooking , shower and so on . And if I would had any problems at all , I could contact them anytime :) that makes it really amazing and relaxing:) It's so nice to have had this experience with trust and respect for each other and the campervan .:) I will definitely be back someday in there campervan :) thanks so much again :)   

We really enjoyed our time in that perfect campervan! Juan José and his wife were superfriendly, uncomplicated and always there for helpful tips and advice! We will defenitely come back!

Dies war unsere erste Yescapa Vermietung über Yescapa und die beiden haben es uns recht einfach gemacht. Die Kommunikation lief jederzeit freundlich, schnell und reibungslos. Abholung und Rückgabe waren ebenfalls unkompliziert und der Camper kam in einem sehr guten Zustand zurück, eben so wie besprochen. Vielen Dank an Euch und viel Spass weiterhin.
