Als Rahmenbedingungen sollte kurz erklärt werden, wir waren zu viert (2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder mit 9+13 Jahren) eine Woche in Portugal unterwegs. Ich selbst bin Laie in Sachen Wohnmobil und war das erste Mal mit einem selbigen unterwegs, hatte im Vorfeld auch wenig Erfahrung mit größeren Fahrzeugen, Anhängern etc., was mich schon ein wenig nervös gemacht hat. Vorne weg gesagt, die Angst war unbegründet. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war vom Anfang an problemlos, der deutsche Besitzer hat sich bereits im Vorfeld stets und unverzüglich auf alle Anfragen via Mail (bzw. Whatsapp) gemeldet und freundlich Auskunft erteilt. Beim ersten persönlichen Kontakt hat er sich mit der Übergabe und Einschulung auf das Fahrzeug viel Zeit gelassen und alles in Ruhe erklärt, die Übergabe und Rückgabe waren völlig unkompliziert. Auch während der Reise war der Vermieter jederzeit tel. erreichbar und hat freundlich weitergeholfen, das hat uns schon ein gutes Gefühl gegeben. Über das Fahrzeug selbst kann ich wenig über technische Details, dafür eher praktisches Berichten. Das Wohnmobil hat für uns 4 platzmäßig völlig ausgereicht, es ist genug Stauraum vorhanden und auch der Schlafcomfort war (an allen Fenstern Insektengitter) in Ordnung. Das Fahren war auch für einen Laien einfach (gelobt sei die Rückwärtskamera), wenngleich man sich schon erst auf die Größe des Fahrzeugs einstellen muss. Bad/Küche/WC war alles top, von außen hat der Wagen schon ein paar Kratzer (hab ich aber eher als Vorteil gesehen, von wegen Angst mal irgendwo mal anzuschrammen). Navi und Fernseher sind dabei, ein großer Vorteil war das integrierte Autobahnbezahlsystem, sodass ohne irgendwelche Tickets etc. zu lösen (ist in Portugal ein etwas kompliziertes System) einfach nach dem Ende der Reise mit dem Vermieter die gefahrenen Autobahnkilometer abgerechnet wurden. Das WLAN hat gut funktioniert und war für die Kids unerlässlich. Fazit: Der Vermieter war immer erreichbar, freundlich, fair, korrekt und kompetent. Die Über- und Rückgabe des Wohnmobils waren unproblematisch. Das Wohnmobil selbst war in gutem Zustand, auch für Laien einfach zu bedienen. Mit diesem Vermieter gerne noch einmal.

Da der Mieter die Mietbedingungen nicht genau gelesen hat, kam es zu Anzügen. Der Mieter hat dieses akzeptiert und alle sind zufrieden.

We had such a great time! Renata and Pedro are incredible nice hosts. Communication was always very fast and very, very friendly. And the car is so beautiful and charming. We were traveling 3 weeks with our daughter and she loved it. To lie in the bunkbead and look at the sea... was so relaxing. The car drives really nice by the way. We will come back! Thank you Renata & Pedro!

Sehr Netter und zuvorkommender Mieter.

Wir waren top zufrieden und können eine Buchung bei Maren und Dennis wärmstens Weiterempfehlen! Übergabe, Rückgabe und Rückabwicklung Kaution verlief reibungslos. Das Fahrzeug fährt sich gut und ist super ausgestattet und bietet viel Stauraum. Als Familie mit 2 Kindern (13 und 16 Jahre) haben wir das Wohnmobil die ersten 10 Tage im September 2019 gemietet. Als völlige Neulinge auf diesem Gebiet haben wir von Maren eine sehr gute und ausführliche Einweisung erhalten. Der vorbereitete Mietvertrag (SorglosMobil,Aichtal) enthielt alle wichtigen Daten und Vorschäden wurden detailliert aufgeführt und gemeinsam begutachtet. Der Innenbereich des Wohnmobils ist sehr ansprechend gestaltet, wir haben in beiden Schlafbereichen gut geschlafen. Natürlich ist die Ausstattung in einem Wohnmobil eine diffizile Angelegenheit, erfordert also einen sorgsamen Umgang! Mein Mann war von der SAT-Schüssel für den Fernseher begeistert, die sich selbst super einstellt wenn man den richtigen Satellit auswählt. Falls jemand mit dem Gedanken spielt sich ein eigenes Wohnmobil zuzulegen würde ich empfehlen erst 1-2 Mal eines zu mieten. Dadurch erkennt man prima, was für einen persönlich bei den Auswahlmöglichkeiten wichtig ist. Eine gute Fahrt und schönen Urlaub wünscht Euch Kristin mit family

Quentin is a very friendly person and perfectly reliable. We mostly appreciated he picked us up from the airport and dropped us there as well. He explained everything precisely and gave us good advice, especially the app "park4night" was helpful.  We enjoyed wonderful days on the island with a mini camper, equippted with everything we needed. The car looks like a car, so it was very easy to stop at any places we liked, including overnight stay.  Mattress was very comfortable, what we highly appreciated as well. We did not use the little fridge, though it needed either lots of driving or electricity from campground to stay cold enough.  If you want  most camping freedom and prefer quiet places, this is the way to go. Our recommendation: super plus

Super Gerät. Macht richtig Spaß! Fährt sich gut und entschleunigt sofort beim einsteigen. Da kann der Urlaub beginnen! Auch mit Heinrich&Helene läuft alles super!

We were very happy to rent this camper. The introduction of Roberto was perfect and we felt safe and comfortable in the bus all the time. During the trip we could always write with Roberto by Whatsapp if we had any questions - that always helped us. Many thanks and still a good time with the bus without accidents or many repairs.

Our trip with Guillaumes Van was nearly perfect: We only had too less time ;) The bus is perfectly fitted with all tools for cooking you need - we cooked every evening, was just fun and easy in the bus. Further there are a table, chairs, a bag-shower and a drum and frisbee - so, you will not get bored! We got towels, bed linen from Guillaume - perfect. And: We got great tips from Guillaumes dad for our trip. The Contact to Guillaume and his dad (which gave us the van) was quite really easy and comfortable. If we will come back to the Algarve we hope, we can stay again in Guillaumes Van - thanks for the great vacation!

Die Reise mit dem alten Van hat sehr viel Spaß gemacht! Die Vermietung, das Abholen des Wagens und die Absprache mit den Besitzern hat gut funktioniert.  Nur über die nicht vorhandene Klimaanlage sollte man sich im Sommer bewusst sein. Ansonsten verlief alles bestens, sehr zu empfehlen!

The rental went really smoothly overall. We messaged beforehand where we will meet at Olbia airport and informed us even that he was a few minutes late. Wanny explained the specifics about the van and made us sign the contract there ans we were able to pick our insurance options, all pretty easy. At the moment the van has a second battery which needs to be charged overnight if you want to camp outside the campground so the electricity lasts for 1 and 1/2. We wanted to stay at the seaside some nights where we were alone and that was fantastic. But then we went to the campground for some nights to recharge the battery. Wanny says he works on a solarpowet option where the battery will last for the whole week. Overall we had the van for 8 nights and we went from Olbia, to la Maddalena, to Alghero and Bosa, back to East coast Orosei and up the coast to Olbia. It was the right amount to travel with the van and we used about 650km. Extras I would recommend to add: fridge, table and chairs, barbecue! We did not have a toilet, but that was fine. We bought a shovel to dig a whole when we needed to ‘go’ :) and then closed the whole with sand. please do not leave any toilet paper around in the bush and take litter bags with you to dispose at the trash bins. It was quite nasty to see all the litter when we camped wildly, so take care and be responsible to make sure this beautiful island does not get trashed! Other things we always had to hand: toilet paper, wipes, insect repellant (Wanny provides a mosquito net in the van, but i am sure you will get some bites anyway), microfiber towels we brought from Germany- they absorb water really quickly and also smell!also take a little torch with you, it was helpful, chargers for your smartphone. and the most useful thing: decathlon has these cotton inlays for sleeping bags, which we used for sleeping- they are just right not too hot nor warm. Wanny had provided sheets and pillows for the bed. beautiful holiday and at the end of the rental make sure you refill the tank and go and get the car washed/cleaned. Thanks to Wanny and Dany!

Amazing service, 100% recommendable! Especially the pick-up and return close to the airport helped us a lot. And the child seats and the offered food service with tasty regional products. Fernando was well reachable, very friendly and an experienced hirer. The camper van was clean and had a lot of space for 4 people - for 6 adults however it would be quite narrow. The camper van was well equipped and we did not need to worry about anything. Especially the solar cells and the full gas bottles allowed a quite independent journey.

We had a very nice time. Florentin was very communicative. The van is very cozy and nice to drive. 

Fernando hat uns direkt am Flughafen in Bordeaux abgeholt und das Wohnmobil unweit vom Flughafen übergeben. Er hat alles erklärt, was man wissen wollte. Ein wenig Französisch oder Spanisch ist hilfreich, es geht jedoch auch mit Händen und Füssen.

Wir vier, zwei Erwachsene mit zwei Kindern, waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Dude. Dank der freundlichen und schnellen Beantwortung unserer Fragen vor der Reise und der ausführlichen Einführung bei der Übergabe lief alles reibungslos. Jederzeit gerne wieder.
